CONNECTING IS SIMPLE
Experience a boost in value and desirability with our fibre broadband in four steps
Permission
As the land or property owner, or an agent acting on their behalf, we request that you sign a permission to trench - Right of Way (RoW). This provides permission to access the property and conduct a survey to determine the optimal route for fibre installation.
Free Survey
A free survey will be conducted, followed by a consultation with you to approve the design.
Free Installation
After finalising the route design, deployment of the fibre infrastructure and cabling throughout the estate or building will commence.
Connected
Once the network is active, residents in the estate or tenants in the building can place orders with an internet service provider (ISP). Their chosen service will then be installed directly in their units.

WHAT IS A RIGHT OF WAY (ROW)?
To connect your building to our network, permission is required through a ROW. This legal contract is established between us and the property owner or their appointed agent.
The agreement grants access to conduct a survey, determining the best route for fibre installation. Once the proposed route is reviewed and approved by the owner or agent, the property can proceed to be connected to the network.

INSTALLATION EXPERTS
We recognise that installing new infrastructure in your property may bring up concerns. However, we work with partners with extensive experience deploying fibre across diverse property types. They work closely with you to plan the placement of wall fixtures and cable routes, ensuring a seamless and minimally disruptive installation process.
