Switching Providers on the Open Access Metro Network

If you already have a live fibre broadband service on the Open Access Metro Network and want to switch to another ISP within our network, the new (or ‘gaining’) ISP will coordinate the switch with Open Access Metro.

When placing an order with your new ISP, they should advise you to notify your current provider about your intention to cancel your service. Keep in mind that each ISP has different cancellation notice periods, so check with your existing provider to avoid service interruptions.
