Speeds are approximates and are subject to network traffic, connected users and service status.

Line speed represents the highest speed your connection can handle, showing how quickly you can complete tasks like opening web pages, uploading or downloading files, or streaming videos in real time. Mbps (Megabits per second—often called “meg” or “megs”) measures how fast your line can upload or download data. A higher Mbps means a faster connection and more bandwidth to share among multiple users.

QUICK FAQs

Is fibre available in my area?

We’re expanding our fibre network rapidly in Nigeria and availability is constantly growing! Please check our coverage page for availability and internet service provider packages.

Visit our coverage availability page to check if fibre is available in your area and find an internet service provider (ISP). Once you’ve selected an ISP, place your order directly with them. After your order is submitted, it will undergo several verification steps on both our side and your chosen ISP’s side. Once all steps are completed and your order is accepted and processed, you will receive an email notification and be contacted by your ISP to schedule your installation.

A new installation takes approximately 7-10 working days. The installation is designed to be smooth and hassle-free!  Your internet service provider (ISP) will schedule a convenient appointment, and certified technicians will run a thin fibre cable to your home, usually through existing entry points. They will discreetly connect it to your router and optimise your settings for your speed. They will clean up afterwards and you’ll be surfing at lightning speed in no time!

There are no data caps, just pure, unthrottled internet.  Forget counting gigabytes and worrying about exceeding limits. We believe in empowering you to explore the full potential of your internet connection without any restrictions.

Symmetrical speeds refer to an internet connection where the upload and download speeds are identical. For example, if you have a 100Mbps connection, you can download and upload data at the same speed of 100Mbps. This is particularly beneficial for activities like video conferencing, online backups, cloud-based collaboration and uploading large files, as it ensures a smooth and consistent experience for both sending and receiving data.
